This notice covers the data you provide in the offer request form on the Cognatua website.

What data do we process?
- your name,
- your e-mail address,
- the estimated size of your family and the chosen package.
To prevent abuse, we store a daily fingerprint of your IP address for at most one hour. We do not store the IP address itself, and we use a cookie only to remember your chosen language.
What do we use it for?
Only to send you an offer and discuss building your family site. We send no newsletters and do not share the data with third parties.
Legal basis
Taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
How long do we keep it?
If no order follows, we delete the request after 12 months at the latest. If you place an order, we keep the data as long as the contract and accounting rules require.
Where is it stored?
The request reaches us by e-mail, and a backup copy stays on the website’s hosting in a folder that is not publicly accessible.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or restriction of its processing, and you may object to its processing. Write to the e-mail address above; we reply within one month. You may lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP). dataprotection.ro
